This library can be used to simplify the creation of taglists,
which are commonly used when working directly with functions from
the OS libraries, as well as some functions in normal blitz libraries.
Taglists are used to provide extra options and parameters to certain functions, and are really nothing more than an array of longs, with 0 in the last long to indicate the end of the array, but it makes your code clearer if you use the correct TagItem structure. Click here to read the readme file.
