The Enhanced Music Library (EML) is a library which probably contains nearly every conceivable command that you would want when it comes to protracker modules (it may work with other formats, but that will need to be investigated yet). There are commands for the basics, such as playing the modules, looping them, etc as well as commands for getting information about the bits inside the module - instruments, patterns. It also supports playing of frame rate based modules (and plays them at the correct speed for NTSC/PAL) and CIA timed modules, which are a newer format (or it was back when the library was written).
